Hotel O Daylight Inn Elkhart I-90, IN

I checked in the room door was wide open. There were no beds and trash everywhere. It was honestly scary. Terrible! Do not go! Everything you see on their website is a lie.

This property needs shut down asap. We found evidence of bed bugs, a cockaroach infestation. The room pictures are not the rooms at all. The bathroom was dirty with bugs/trash on the floor. There were roach droppings. There were actual cockaroaches. The room reeked of pine sol and the floors were filthy and sticky. Do not stay here. Not to mention the door barely latching, there is security chain, you can see daylight through the door cracks, the fridge is ancient and so loud it will keep you up. The bed was wafer thin and dirty and stained. We unfortunately could not stay here and had to drive home in the middle of the night it was so bad.

The place looks like a homeless shelter and a poker house - an absolute mess! I arrived at the property at 3am, I had already sent a message through Expedia that I will be arriving late only to come to find out there was no staff on site, the place looks nothing like its depicted in the pictures, there are open drug deals happening on the property, sketchy people, and there was not even a number to dial to get a hold of staff to assist with check-in… an absolute disaster, ending up sleeping in the car as no other hotels in the surrounding had availability!

Did not like nothing about this hotel. It was disgusting rooms were dirty blood in the toilet will ever ever go back to this place and and you should remove them from Booking.com. Totally disgusting hotel pictures. Do not look anything like this place.

I did not About it. Very disgusting dirty gross place. Stay there for four hours and left.

Awful hotel. Filthy and a $50 security deposit is required....but they will make an "arrangement" if you pat cash. The bottom of the tub had a stain...or blood...or something on the bottom. Never so uncomfortable in my life.

I continue to write an honest review stating that the hotel scared me and Hotels.com did not assist in any way other than calling the hotel to see if they would give me a refund (which of course they didn't). But each time I write this review, Hotels.com rejects it stating that I should add comments about the bed comfort and fewer offensive statements. So apparently Hotels.com does not approve of me writing a negative review about their service and lack of regard for customer safety. The fact that Hotels.com would offer a hotel that has many comments about roaches and has people living in trailers in the parking lot says that they do not have any standards. I'll keep rewriting this until I get my message through.

We couldn't stay in the room! Filthy! Stank and the beds were only half made and what little bedding that was on them was Filthy dirty! To top it off - there were roaches crawling all over the mirror and around the dirty microwave. There was no refrigerator as advertised.

The gentleman who checked me in was nice. But the furniture was all cracked and broken, the shower curtain rod was broken and only hanging on by a bolt. There was no trash can in my room. Parking was poorly lit. Full trash bags outside everywhere. Their pics in the app must have been taken when the property was newer because it was clearly in a poor state for a long time.
