Hotel O Daylight Inn Elkhart I-90, IN

The pictures of the rooms were very misleading, like false advertising. The rooms looked clean and beautiful on the pictures online, but it was quite the opposite.

Absolutely never again. I reserved a room for 2 nights and arrived around 12:05 AM to be told that there are no available rooms. I was like i have reservations and had my numbers they were like sorry those rooms are c out of service . So there we were 4 hours from home and no place to sleep .

Roaches and won't refund my money back couldn't even stay

This place was filthy and dangerous. I prepaid thinking nothing as terrible like this could ever be on this app, but there was no way in hell we were staying. The floor was dirty with caked on dirt. There was a bad smell. The room adjacent was half ajar with wet towels hanging up. There was debris scattered everywhere on the property. I went back to the registration to tell the man, he said to call Hotels.com, upset that I was his “last room” and when they tried to call the property to get him to refund it, he vanished and did not answer the call. There was literally a shooting at the property later that early morning- I was there at 11:30pm and the shooting happened right before 1am. This was a bad bad place- everything had a bad feeling and the chain lock for the door was missing, the air conditioner vent was moldy and black- I would have taken pictures but this place was so creepy I had to run the hell out of there with my family

When I arrived there were two police cars arresting a guest and talking to the manager. People hanging out in the parking lot late at night. I'm a big guy with a dog so no personal safety concerns but felt a little sketchy.

The gentleman at the desk was polite. The room was disgusting ! I got what appears to be bed bug bites on one side of my arm. Not to mention roaches. Absolutely disgusting this place should be closed down.

This hotel was something straight out of a horror film Im still in shock long story short book somewhere else I recommend the baymont right down the street
