Days Inn by Wyndham Frankfort

Everything was great except it was a little odd you had to exchange yout towels to get new ones from the office so after working a long day that was a tad annoying... and the tv was fuzzy lol

Easy to find and convenient

Stayed at the same location last year and they still haven’t fixed the cable from being fuzzy. No soap in the shower stationary bottles empty again. Broken TV remote held together with black-tape.

Clean. Quiet. Safe. Nothing fancy but room was spacious and decent for money.

I really enjoy this hotel and it was clean very clean and I will be back I need a week price cause I would stay there for a week but yes it's in a very good location it's close to everything you need.

If you're expecting breakfast, don't. I've had better breakfast out of vending machines. Other than that the property is under renovation so there were some things that made it just an ok place to stay. Walls not finished being painted. Sockets without covers. First room the TV didn't work, the lamps had half the amount of bulbs needed and the air conditioner didn't work all that well. This did change a little when we complained and received a new room.

The beds were comfortable and the AC was nice to have the fan blowing all night for white noise. The price can’t be beat but you get what you pay for.

There were no hot foods for breakfast and really not much of anything else. A couple of packaged muffins, some dry cereal, and there was no coffee. Maybe don’t advertise free breakfast if that’s the best you can do. It’s a dated hotel and the outside entry to the rooms is uncomfortable from a personal security standpoint. I asked for the second level and was questioned why, I said for safety.

Good basic motel. Clean

Hands down worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. I arrived into Frankfort around 11pm, and checked into my room. I was given room 209 when I arrived to the room after checking in when I swiped my key card to enter the room there was already someone booked to that room. I went back to the office to let the man know that the room already had people in the room, despite being exhausted and ready to get some sleep I was calm about the situation but the man acted and treated me like it was my fault that the room already had people in the room. He gave me another room this time room 210. When we entered this room the beds was not made dirty towels on the floor and pop cans setting all over the dresser. I thought maybe someone was still using the room because that’s what it looked like it definitely had not been cleaned from the last people who stayed. There was roaches crawling on everything and the mini fridge was full of roaches and dead roaches. I went back to the front desk to let the man know that either someone was still booked to this room or it had not been cleaned. He stated that there was no one in that room and that it was fine for me to use. I could not make the man understand that the room was dirty and that the beds had not even been made from the last visitors. I returned back to the room to take photos to go show him and when I got back to the front desk to show him he told me that was the only room he had so I lost my $80 had to book new hotel denied refund
