Very little

I was given a key and when I op-ed the door the room was occupied. Very embarrassing and potentially dangerous situation. The building is very old with some upgrades. The ceiling in the room I finally got was falling apart in the corner. Balcony floors seemed unsafe and were leaning away from the building. In general the whole atmosphere felt unsafe.

It's in a prefect location there is food stores all over and shopping plus its right off the interstate .

"Fine hotel, subpar included breakfast"

Room was fine but a bit dated. You know what you generally are going to get at a Days Inn. Breakfast was very disappointing. When we went, there was 1 piece of white bread (to toast), 3 mini muffins, a few packets of oatmeal and 2 types of cereal. That was about it. Coffee was warm but didn't really taste like coffee.
