"Bed bugs !!!!"

Due to bed bugs we had to leave . We were there for approximately an hour . Traveling across the country with two very young children, we arrived in the evening to get some rest . We noticed the white powder on the floors diametceous earth . Then check behind the beds and found my bed bugs. We immediately checked out and we’re told we would get a refund back to our credit card and never did. I also used my rewards totaling about $99 to book this and now that is gone. We had to drive 2 hours to find another hotel and didn’t arrive until around midnight. It was extremely stressful. We are also keeping an eye out for bedbugs on our luggage and had to clean everything. We are extremely unsatisfied. I hope to hear back from someone.

I woud say that you are not be dessapointed staying in this Motel, my friend and I staying for 3 nights, it was very pleasant, we fully recommend it , we are very happy, restaurant,store,walmart,etc,etc..is nearby!

The front desk staff was wonderful and helpful when things didn't work. The facility was dirty although the room was clean enough. The phone didn't work so we had to walk to the desk for issues. The "complimentary" breakfast was anything but - - - toast and cereal was about it. Overall for our purposes that time the facility was adequate.

The desk clerk that checked us in was the highlight of this hotel! She was pleasant, friendly, and very helpful! This Econo Lodge has fallen into disrepair. The beds are horrible, the bathroom is in need of updates. The room itself was damp and the linens had an odd smell. Even the outside of the building itself needs painting. The lawn is in need of cutting and weeding. Won’t stay here again and will be cautious of any other Econo Lodge.
