The floor in the room was very dirty and sticky in parts... It sounded like there was a domestic dispute issue in the courtyard (outside our door) for most of the night into the morning. OTHERWISE it was fine.

disapointed there was no breakfast due to new management. Description didn't mention that.

There was no breakfast as advertised. There was no coffee in the lobby in the morning. Coffee maker in the room was supplied with the wrong coffee pouches. They were unusable. Front desk was rude at check out. Room was too small for two people to move around each other. Smelled like pot was being smoked all the time.

Hotel amenities listed free breakfast. There was none.

Very Disappointing . Asked for a Top Floor Corner Room , Away from any Noise if possible . Did Not have a Corner Room . Ended up being put right across the Hall from some Foreign Workers , who were disrespectfully Very Loud . They occupied four Rooms on our Floor , and were Back and Forth to each others Rooms , talking and laughing Loudly , and letting there Doors Slam closed as well , the Night we Checked in . There was no Cord for our Phone to Call the Front Desk , so I had to go down and ask that they be checked on before it got too late . Then at 6;30 A.M. , they were at it again before leaving for work , Knocking on the Door of the Room right across from us , and again being very loud . Went down again to the Front Desk and voiced our displeasure , and said we would expect a Full Refund for such treatment . Spoke to one of the Room Maids and she told us how it used to be a Nice Hotel , but has been let go , and is about a Two Star now , and it showed .

I liked the outside access to the parking lot directly from my room. Heat did not seem to work very well. Staff at front desk were super nice! Breakfast being canceled was not good but it is what it is.

Room bedding appears very clean room is very dated no fridge no microwave. Hair on nightstand next to bed dirt on floor that has been tracked in soap scum on sink where previous people have put the soap after washing hands. Just not impressed with hotel smell either.

This was the absolute worst motel/hotel I've ever stayed in. First, we waited forever for the front desk person to come to help us check in. Someone who was staying there told us to just leave, that it was disgusting and so dirty but we had already paid and thought it couldn't be THAT bad!? It was! She did upgrade us to the extended stay side but said it was because NO TV's were working on the other side. There were crumbs on the desk as well as a thick layer of dust on the bed side tables. I did find no bugs but it was terrible.

Rooms not very clean but good value

Very convenient
