Everything was quite convenient and friendly...... however, there was no breakfast or morning coffee as advertised . I was more upset with that.

Still waiting to checkin because there’s no one at the front desk.

Peeling baseboards, spider webs, tub drains slowly and felt slimy, broken reading lights, toilet hard to flush, stale smoke smell in hallway. Just terrible

refrigerator was rusty,no microwave,needed updating

This hotel was disappointing. The staff was friendly but the property as a whole was very run down. There was no breakfast as advertised. I would not recommend this location.

This is a hotel which also doubles as an extended stay residence which houses people/families down on their luck, on public assistance, relocated because of domestic/ personal issues, etc. So because of some of the element residing there, we did not feel safe, and were kept up until 1am with noise, arguing and loud music. Parking lot riddled with crater sized pot holes. Pets (dog) walking through hotel unleashed when they have a no pets policy. Front desk was polite but we had a non working TV in our room, that could not be fixed. Obviously I do not recommend this hotel. We booked because of proximity to SUNY Fredonia, but never again.

In the app says breakfast included Not true Adam provide breakfast no more so they lie. The TV will not turn off unless you plug it or unplug it. The coffee was so bad. The only thing I got to offer is coffee and it was so bad it was not worth taking any pictures.

We have stayed at this property before as it is close to the college, but we never found it dirty before. The tub wasn't clean, the toilet was disgusting and the refrigerator wasn't clean. There was something stuck frozen into the little freezer. It was dusty, the floor wasn't swept and the bed was made but looked like someone had slept in it, We asked for a room change. We put our things in our daughters room. They gave us a different room when we got back but had moved the fridge from the first room into it.I could tell right away because of the scratches on the front. they always had breakfast, now just coffee in the room. Looking for a new place to stay when we drive to Fredonia to see our granddaughter perform.
