I appreciated friendly staff , outside is in need of cleaning and parking lot has lots of pot holes, people were hanging around smoking out by the cars. I am not super paranoid so I hoped that no one would vandalize, luckily they didn't. Loud talking in the mornings in hall ways. No breakfast, boo. My room was very clean and my bed comfortable.

The room was filthy. There was visible trash and debris from previous guests and the floor left my socks black with dirt. The toilet was used and un-flushed and there was mold in the bathroom generally. There were visible stains crusting the bed and linens. There was only one functional light in the room with several others broken. Despite calling 2 days prior to confirm breakfast availability, when I asked on arriving, I was told that they stopped serving breakfast months ago and never updated any amenity lists (one reason I booked this property was for it offering breakfast, as I knew I had a busy morning otherwise). This was quite possibly the most unsanitary and disappointing hotel room I’ve ever been in. Absolutely do not recommend. Go literally anywhere else.

A fair amount of people seem to be hanging around the place, but friendly enough. The room itself was quite spacious and comfortable, the bed was very cozy. Ask for a room on the courtyard side! I was disappointed that there was only a small fridge (no freezer) and no microwave. The staff did step in and allow me to use the house freezer for my freezer packs. Very helpful staff.

The room was fine. Always were dirty and smelled like smoking. Entry door into hallway near me was not lockable, so no real security.

Bed Bugs! and dirty sheets… When checking sheets and bedding we discovered bed bugs in one room and obviously soiled sheets in the other room. This property appears to be used primarily for transitional housing as well. We actually didn’t spend the night there and had to scramble to find another place to stay due to eclipse crowds! The front desk staff were actually very nice, but could not offer a refund.

Room wasn’t clean. Tub had a ring around it plus the corners were dirty. Headboards smudged with dirty fingers. Lamp frames had thick dust accumulated. Lots of debris under the bed. Floors were so dirty they turned white socks grey. Candy wrappers in drawers and loose Fredonia cocktail napkins left behind from previous guests. I pointed out issues to front desk at check out for which I’m receiving a partial refund. I left the room attendants a detailed message about how the room needs to be deep cleaned.

Lots of pot holes in parking lot. The website said free breakfast none provided and when asked was inform website needs updating. The receptionists were pleasant and helpful. Over heard a drug transaction outside the window. Generally not safe.

More of a homeless shelter than hotel

Staff was pleasant and respectful, but the facilities were dirty, poorly maintained and smelled like smoke. This morning when leaving, I about got high walking past a couple doing drugs next to the entrance to the hotel. I’ll pay more to stay somewhere else next time.
