Quiet, great location

Facilities are dated, walk up to floor with heavy suitcases- not fun.

The most disappointing aspect of this property is that it lacks a backup generator in case of power outages, a common occurrence in P.R., and occurred during our stay. We were without power for the better part of 2 days out of 3 we stayed there. It is unacceptable that a hospitality business would not have a backup power. Further, the lack of power compromised the security gate to the premises. My attempt to contact the owner/ operator about a refund or their policy regarding such remained unanswered. Finally, they provide 2 towels for the entirety of our stay, 3 days, so housekeeping is pretty much a joke. I would never recommend this so -called hotel /guest house to anyone. I would look elsewhere if I were you.

The property is clean and in a nice area

The bedrooms are very small and they do not have enough shelves in the bathroom to keep your things in. Further to this the WiFi ex EXTREMELY POOR. I’ve complained on a number of occasions about not being able to access the WiFi from my room and I have continuously been ignored, with little to no help provided. I spent around $90 on additional internet and when you are paying this on top of the room fee, it doesn’t add up. Very disappointed

La propiedad es excelente. Es muy confortable y está super limpio todo. La zona de la piscina es muy agradable y hay servicio de mantenimiento que se asegura de que esté en perfecto estado cada día. Está a 5 minutos andando de la playa y con un magnífico café en la esquina.

I liked the location near beach, restaurants and shops.

Host was not responsive. When I booked room I requested an early check in didn’t hear back when I checking in room the air wasn’t working took a while for host to respond changed me rooms and the WiFi did not work host never responded with WiFi info so I was not able to access WiFi so I wasn’t able to watch tv. Also reached out about a later check out and never heard back from host.

We didn’t have power for 2 days. Then when we did have power the AC didn’t work. Very hot and there was on staff on site to help. Cleaning lady was nice. But there wasn’t much she could do.

Perfect location with a good mix of tourist and local feel. Lots of options for food and really anything else you might need in walking distance. Felt very safe.

Should have ice available especially with the heat and humidity.
