The staff was very helpful and nice

The rooms are outdated and the carpet was old and nasty beds and sheets had old stains.

"The place is very run down. If I was Neal Development Inc., I would sell the property."

The location was closed to MSU. Easy to spot with the Days Inn sign.

rooms smell bad, Chair was broken, Shower rod fallen down, door entrance lock broken, blankets had a number of holes from cigarette burns Urine stains on both blanket and sheets, bath tub has major chips. Blood Stain on bathroom door and entrance door. Towel rack has some repairs made but not finish. Ceiling tiles falling down in the office. The staff smoking heavy at the front entrance of the office. Good news no dead bodies found under the beds.

Nothing

The building is run down I requested non smoking they put me in smoking. The room smelled the bathroom floor was dirty. Holes in the outside of the building. Screens ripped off windows just hanging there room 201&203 dogs barking at 6 am. I will never stay there again.
