Sensi Azores Nature and SPA

Amazing place with a great vibe. Everyone there is super nice, and the pool area is stunning, Small issue with the number of flies buzzing around, but it sounded like they were actively working to resolve that.

Exceptional find! The staff was terrific and the food in the restaurant was superior. The breakfast that was included was a full continental PLUS a hot item off the menu. The indoor, private salt water pool was a relaxing treat. We also indulged in outstanding massages. The locations was beautiful.

Such a comfortable, beautiful place to stay. The staff were very accommodating and the spa treatment was exceptional! We loved the use of the indoor heated pool since we were visiting in the cooler off-season. Breakfasts were above and beyond!! We had an early flight out on check-out day and the staff took a breakfast order ahead of time and sent us off at 5AM with a to-go bag. Exceptional service, such a deluxe stay.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The staff was incredible and did an outstanding job of creating a wonderful atmosphere. From the music in the bar, the lounging areas to private access to the spa - it was an incredible stay. The location is quiet and not very walkable to the larger cities, you would definitely want and need a car for this location. The restaurant is nice and we ate there a few times but if you want more options you'll need to go to town. That being said I am SO glad we stayed here the entire time we were in the azores- even though it's on the west side of the island everything is fairly close on the island overall so if you don't mind a bit of driving it's a DREAM! (approx 30 mins to ponta delgada, 40 to Ribeira Grande - never more than 1.5 hours from really anywhere at all - and the drive itself is stunning) From reception to house keeping (especially housekeeping who saved my beautiful jacket from being destoryed with mud from a hike!) I'm so grateful for everyone at this amazing place and would need a lot of convincing to stay anywhere else on the island - I look forward to returning.

The property was beautiful. One of the nicest rooms we have ever stayed in with an incredible view/sunset. The staff was great, food and drinks were great, massages were excellent, and all wass affordable. You really coudn't ask for more. We would go back in a heartbeat.

We stayed for for a long winter weekend and the staff, food, drinks and accomodations were more than perfect. It is a very simple drive from Ponta Delgado and a wonderful spot to stay to see the area around Cete Citades and the coast. Can't wait to get back.

This was the highlight of my trip to the Azores. You are spolied 24/7. The service is 5 star. The facility is perfection with a lovely bar and terrace that overlooks the ocean view. Meals are some of the best on the island. Value is outstanding. Look no further.
