Maison Hai Homestay Hoi An

This homestay feels like a luxury hotel, the room isn’t large (we got the top floor) however that is the least of my concern. The first thing we noticed when entering the room is the lack of damp or mouldy smell, the entire place is extremely clean and it made the 3nights stay comfortable. Mr Hai is a wonderful host who is always on standby to greet you, provide suggestions or just small talks- this is a wonderful way of contributing to locals and we wish Mr Hai and his family the best!

I’ve been traveling in Asia for 3 months and Mr. Hai is the best host I’ve had. He is very nice and helpful and truly wants to make sure that your experience in Hoi An is what you want it to be and he is great to talk to as well. Also, the beds are actually soft and very comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here and this will be my first choice if I ever come back to Hoi An. 11/10!

Absolutely nothing to dislike

Maison Hai truly has higher standards than any other 5 star hotels. This is a 6+ hotel for a fraction of the price! Mr Hai went above and beyond everyday to make sure that we were happy and comfortable, he had many great recommendations for the area and organised our transport to the hotel on departure. The room itself is larger than most and it was spotlessly clean (even for a clean freak like me). The bed was super comfortable too. Will definitely stay here again in the near future. Thank you Hai!

Everything from the owner to the facilities

Nothing. Everything was perfect for our stay

The owner was very nice and helped a lot in our transportation. The homestay was well located, tidy and clean. The rooms were spacious, with comfortable beds and nice bathrooms.

The only slight downside is the lack of elevator for heavy luggage.

We had a wonderful stay at Maison Hai Homestay. Our room was spotless and extremely comfortable. Mr. Hai was the perfect host—he arranged our airport transfer, laundry, tours, and even a motorbike rental, which made our trip so much easier. He was always friendly and chatty, offering great food recommendations and checking in on how our day went. We would absolutely recommend staying here for a few days while visiting Hoi An.
