La experiencia en general es de 10. El personal es amabilísimo, siempre dispuestos a ayudarte en todo lo que necesites. La habitación es amplia, cómoda y muy limpia. La ubicación es buena, a 10 min caminado del casco antiguo. Lugar tranquilo donde se puede descansar sin ruidos.

Hai was an incredible host - one of the most genuinely nice and kind people we have ever met. He is extremely knowledgeable about the local area - he arranged the bike tour and lantern boat for us and also provided recommendations on food and drink. He genuinely cares about Hoi An and wants his guests to have the best stay possible. The rooms were very clean and comfortable - maybe too comfortable as we overslept both days - and the location is very convenient to the old town.
