Days Inn by Wyndham Joelton/Nashville

Went to front desk to check in and the worker was super unpleasant. Finally got to the room and the non smoking room reeked like smoke. Went next door for dinner and came back hour later and room smelled like pot. Overall room was disgusting. We left right away and went to different hotel.

The first room i was in the ac didn't work so I asked for a different room I got it but the second room the TV didn't work

No breakfast bars, pool not open as the site said it was included. Staff was very nice and helpful

Rooms as the bath tub felt like u were going to fall thru. And had no breakfast bar

First of all I didn't get the room I reserved...I reserved a king room, upon check in I was told all the king rooms were full and I would only be able to stay in a double bed room. When asked if I would get a discount due to not having my reserved room, I was told no. Then on night 2 the TV remote stopped working, and when asked about a new remote or batteries, I was told there was no replacement. Also the pool is closed, which should be on the website, because thats 1 reason I booked...I have stayed here multiple times and this was the worse stay...I dont know if I will stay again.

You get what you pay for, cheap 1night stay, w@ed smoke. dirty towels, no coffee cups. middle of nowhere.

This place is an absolute disaster. We had to chang rooms thrice and we were not the only ones with such an experience 1 Room 155 was a smoking room when we asked for a non smoking one 2. Room 149 the bathroom lights didnt work. Bedroom had one working light out of 2 ans the tv disnt work. There were bugs flyong round in the room. Room had a coffee oackets but no coffee machine. 3. Room 143...toilet wouldnt stop flushing, remote battri3s dead and the shower was clogged up. When we aked to fix it they claimed they disbt understand. Finally got hold of the manager and he got it fixed. Still backs up when we left. Keycards and internet have tp be recharged daily. No swimming pool.
