Days Inn by Wyndham Joelton/Nashville

Front desk ladies were great. Rooms were clean. The property was very dated but every thing was clean. I’d stay again. The pool was closed and no breakfast.

Everything was good except the check in. My reservation, which was paid in advance, was held up because the broker had their card denied. It appears that the hotel was caught in the middle. The sweet desk clerk did her very best in a highly stressful situation. It was worked out and I got to finally get to bed.

Rummet var lite ofräscht och skulle behöva en uppdatering. Området var ingen höjdare, men kändes inte otryggt. Det fanns ingen frukost att tillgå. Personalen var absolut inte otrevliga, men verkade inte särskilt engagerade.

Staff was absolutely horrible! I immediately noticed and told the staff about 3 issues I had with the roo. 1: that the refrigerator was leaking water onto the floor 2:that the microwave was broken & 3: that the television was not working at all... they said I could switch to a non smoking room where all of that was working but I had already paid for a smoking so I declined and told them if they could just get me some extra towels for the leaking refrigerator and replace the microwave I would just go without the TV. They said oka, but never replaced it I asked about it several times after that and each time I got talked to more and more rudely as they said someone was going to replace it but it never got replaced within in the 2 nights I stayed.

They DONT have pool and BREAKFAST. It’s a lie. PLUS, the “double” bed is actually just a slightly bigger single bed. It doesn’t fit two overweight people.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Check in was quick and easy.

They had quite serving breakfast and was hoping to offer it again soon.

Room price was decent

The ad that was posted on booking.com. Said breakfast was included, and breakfast was not included. It also said there was a swimming pool it's not open, There were no laundry facilities, only one ice machine at the very front of this very big building worked. Rooms are decent but need to be updated or at least the carpets cleaned. Housekeeping only came one time to 1 room to clean, I rented 3 rooms for 4 days. We had to go daily to the office to get clean towels. The manager promised housekeeping would take care of the (3) rooms daily for us. Whoever owns the motel needs to tighten up. I would have never rented there if I had known there was no breakfast available. Me and my crew have to be up and gone on the road by 7 o'clock in the morning. We work 10 - 11 hours a day and when we get back. All we wanna do is shower and relax. So having breakfast where we stay is very, very important.
