Wonderful staff; fast check-in and check-out; stylish, comfortable rooms (oh the pillows!); pleasant lobby; 30 minute walk to the train station; good value

Limited breakfast options. Bistro staff is amazing but food is just OK.

I love the location, the staff was wonderful! The parking was great because we had a large truck and we were able to easily park it in a well lit and secure area. I loved the shower! The walk-in was extra nice.

The telephone and also television didn’t work. The television works once maintenance arrived, which happened very quickly. The elevators are pretty scary. The coffee in the rooms could really do with better creamer. It hardly did anything to the coffee. I had to purchase my own and keep it in the refrigerator. The fridge is extraordinarily tiny. I could not fit anything except for two bottles of water. The cost of the rooms do not match the actual rooms. I understand that it is in a prime location however, I travel a lot and wasn’t too impressed with the in room amenities.

I was very disappointed with the experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff’s attitude was unwelcoming and unprofessional. Instead of making guests feel comfortable they were sarcastic and repeatedly rude during our interactions. The hotel itself may have some positive aspects but the behaviour of one member of the staff significantly affected our overall experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides additional training to its employees as guests deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy.
