Extended Stay America Suites - Buffalo - Airport

Facilities were very nice. The room was clean and comfortable. The washroom was a little bit old ( didnt look as newly renovated as the rest of the room) but it was clean so no complaints. My only gripe is that the grab and go breakfast was not very good. All they had were muffins, granola bars and instant oatmeal and coffee/tea

It was terribly, not even a smoke detector in my room. It took days to place one in my room. Bathroom toilet had mold in it. And the safe was broke or stolen and missing parts. And no working exhaust fan in my bathroom and shower floor had mold on it. I complained to staff and got lipped service!

Very old furniture and bathroom, grey and ugly. No shower gel or shampoo. For breakfast you’ve got only black coffee and cookies. They even don’t have milk. Personal doesn’t take care of clients. The one guy which checked us in was rude. Won’t return.

Not a clean hotel. The hallways stunk of dope smoke. The night manager got into a shouting match with a patron.

Had a great time, room was perfect but breakfast is very bad. It’s just muffins and granola bars and coffee. Online it said breakfast is included so we did not buy breakfast food and then found out how bad the breakfast bar is.

The water from the toilet was coming up through the tub.. it was horrible and I don’t even get to take a shower wen leaving…..

I really only needed a place to sleep but I had some bad leg cramps and normally I’d grab a warm bath to fix things but there was no way to close the drain. The bathtub was pretty stained too.

It was the worst hotel I had ever stayed. The bathroom was not cleaned, the tub was black. The hallway was had smoke smell. Please do not book this hotel. Big mistake.

Overall, this hotel was a good experience. I was in town for a short trip. My only complaint was the entry way for the room smelled of smoke, but the rest of the room was fine.

This location was dirty, not kept up, outdated and not please. The “breakfest” was coffee and bag of oatmeal. The rooms weren’t fully cleaned, just not happy
