Days Inn by Wyndham Henryetta

Black mold around the bathtub. Heater doesn’t work good very cold. Wall panels broken. Too much space around the door. Too much cold air coming through. Have to ask for soap,shampoo etc. no coffee pot.

Needs some work but ok for the price. Advertises breakfast included but does not offer. Ceilings have mold/wetness on tiles. The dome, pool/hall area, was not heated… super cold. Indoor pool, not filled. Room was clean and heat worked well.

Staff friendly, room was very clean and comfortable. And very quiet.

There were roaches in the bathroom, inside the microwave, inside the fridge, on one of the beds.

Nothing! There was no breakfast and there was not a coffee maker in the room would not felt safe using/eating there.

The place was a run down mess. There were major plaster chips in the wall and a chain lock that did not seem like it would prevent from someone from kicking in the door.

There was a cool courtyard space outside our room.

I walked in the property to check in and was not greeted. I waited my turn and asked to use the restroom. The staff did not know where the bathroom was. I asked if I could walk around to find it and did. They were no longer labeled and padlocked shut. When it was my turn to check in, I asked about breakfast, again the staff did not know details. She said we had a first floor room, when it was a second floor room. Completely unknowledgeable about the property. She charged my credit card even though I had paid through booking.com and did not give me a receipt. When I asked about an elevator or a first floor room, she stated they were full. The place was deserted, parking lot empty. If they were renovating, that was not her answer. When we entered the room it was blasting heat at 80 degrees. Luckily the air conditioner worked. There was a leak in the bathroom. Beds appeared clean. We slept ok. There were cups on the counter, no ice bucket or coffee pot. There were stains on the ceiling. 1 bar of soap to wash hands and bodies. Limited towels. In the morning, we went to breakfast around 7. The posted sign said breakfast was 6-9 am. Staff was no where to be found. Breakfast consisted of white bread, no toaster. Mini muffins in plastic. 2 choices of Cereal, milk and no spoons. There was a coffee maker but we didn’t try it. We went to check out and there was no staff available at the 24 hour front desk. We called the office 3 times and received a message saying the number was no in service while we witnessed the phone ringing. No one came. We knocked on the staff/employee only doors. No one came. We went back to our room to see if that’s how we were supposed to check out. Our keys no longer worked. Checkout wasn’t until 11. I called back several hours later when on the road and someone answered so I could check out. I never got a copy of my receipt.

Water was hot, heater worked.

I didn't like the cockroaches crawling on the table. I didn't like the brown stuff on the walls by the toilet. I didn't like the stained up bed sheets. I didn't like the having to turn off the shower to let it keep draining.

Property has improved since our last stop there

The beds were comfortable.

It wasn't super clean, and the included breakfast was cereal and toast.

The building looks just like the photos. When you first drive up it looks closed, but most of the guest rooms are accessed from the left or west side of the building, so that is where the cars are all parked. We have stayed here 3 times, and plan to be back there in Jan 2025 good value
