Days Inn by Wyndham Henryetta

I never made it to my booking due to storms and wasn't issued a refund even though I paid the extra money just to be able to do so. So no I will probably never book a room with this hotel again due to false info that payments are asked for just in case you can't come.

No pool or breakfast as advertised. Otherwise, not a bad experience.

It's quiet. There are not many customers. The bed is nice and clean. The floor around the toilet is dirty which doesn't concern me much. The toilet runs every half hour which indicates the valve needs to be replaced. There is some kind of strange noise from outside in the midnight. There is no breakfast service which shows available from the hotel info page from hotels.com

Bed was comfortable and the bathroom looked like it had been redone recently.

Walls were marked up like something had been slid against or something pounded upon it. The chair at the desk in the room is broken and you feel like you are falling out of it. I took a video of the room because I didn't want to be charged for the Walls or any other distruction in the room. I've stayed in other Days Inn and they all have been very nice. Not like this one.

When my family and I arrived 4/17/25 (2 nights stay), we were under the impression that there was a pool & complimentary breakfast. Neither amenities were available. Which wasn’t the biggest deal in the world. Friday night 4/18/25 it was storming pretty bad, there were leaks EVERYWHERE. I mean, it’s almost like it was raining on the inside of the building. Saturday morning was our check out date 4/19/25, we got everything ready to go, got the car loaded up. I went upstairs, put all of our trash bins by the door, bagged all of our garbage and also placed it by the door. Took all the bedding off of our beds to make it an easy clean up. I left a tip on the table for the room service guy. After check out, Days Inn attempted to charge my debit card $30. I called 7 times before FINALLY someone answered the phone, I asked the man why my card was attempted to be charged and he told me “you dog pooped by the stairs”. I asked him “in the room? I made sure the room was clean sir”. He then proceeded to tell me, my dog was the only dog on the property and that he pooped by the stairs OUTSIDE of our room. I explained to him that my dog was never left unattended at any point during our stay, and that while we were there I saw 2 other dogs on the property. He said “those dogs have been staying here for a while”. I asked him if he had anything on camera showing that it was my dog, and he said “NO, your dog was the only one here” I would not recommend staying here.

Pros: no bugs; room clean; ac works; hot water if you wait long enough. Cons: looks like facilities have not been given a facelift since the 1980s. Did Day’s Inn lower their standards?

The heater and air doesn’t work in the one bed rooms. Mold around tub. Cups but no coffee pot. Employees are nice.

Great comfortable beds!!!! Air conditioner was amazing. The bathroom was pretty beat down, water stains in the roof, bathroom door broken & doesn’t lock. The pool is not in service, poorly advertise so don’t book based off pool. Front desk lady was super nice! The price shouldn’t have been as high for how much was broken/not in service. It worked great for what we needed, a shower & somewhere to sleep. The place could be a real catch if it had some standard work done and the pool filled.
