HVAC wasn’t working had to change rooms. No coffee pot in room, no breakfast as advertised

The staff was excellent

The bedding was dirty. And when you pull up it look like abandoned building it is old alot of leaks in the building and on top of that you had to run the water for 45 minutes to a hour to get hot water.

That I wasn't murdered in my sleep.

That I drove so far for this hotel because it says on this website that it provides breakfast there is not breakfast included I let them know the stuff so that it's not their problem it's not their website and they're not going to do anything about it. Give me a smoking room at first had to wait another 30 minutes after a 12 hour drive to get another room.

The staff was nice.

The facility is not what it advertises it to b. The pics are 20 plus years old. Very dirty, yellow sheets, mold, bad smell. A money trap. Once u pay for ur stay u r unable to get acrefund.

Very dirty towels in bathroom were very yellow, stained an holes no toiletries like it states no coffe/tea pot room was very musky an smelled terrible! Ceiling above sink falling down lots of water leaks! Would not recommend 😕
