There was no breakfast, they were renovating, which we were not informed of when we booked the room. The pool was also closed. There was mold in the bathroom.

We booked the room with breakfast. However, when we were checking in, we were told they were not providing any breakfast. No explanation why. We didn't get any discount. There was no coffee maker in the room although it said it would be when we booked the room. We were shocked that the towels were stained. They were not washed. When we checked in, it was around 11pm, so it was late to look for another hotel and we were very tired. We will NEVER stay at this hotel again.
