This is a prime location just minutes to the SA Airport. The finishes in the hallway look tires, worn and uncared for. Worn and dirty carpet in hallways. Messy, & dirty in front of top elevator. Lobby was made up to corporate standards and left to decline. Had the owners invested to bring up the standards and maintenance was a higher priority this would be the place to come back to, again & again. ➕Convenience: Near airport without any airport noise in the back; even numbered rooms. Near good restaurants and close to the mall. Reasonable charge for secured parking. Rooms appear clean. Cheerful & helpful staff. Our experience was less than 30 minutes from door of hotel to flight gate, including dropping off a rental car and TSA security. ➖Dirty carpet in hallway. Lack of maintenance with dirty carpets, torn leatherette in lobby. Dated colors in lobby. It’s a shame because this should have been a better experience.

Very good for the money. Very nice restaurants near by and spacious room. But, as soon as we walked in the room it smelled ‘dusty’ the toilet did not work. We used the toilet downstairs. No available maintenance staff. We were disappointed.

Good location and fairly clean

First, let me be clear. The staff was excellent and my review is not about them. If anything those employees deserve a raise. This is a clearly older building and it shows. I had 3 rooms in the 3 days I was there. First room was fine except the second night water started leaking in from the room above. (It will have been the best room of the 3.) I got moved to another room around midnight. Except the other room was smaller than what I paid for and missing amenities I had specifically chosen my room for but since it was midnight and I was exhausted wait until morning. Woke up and took a look around and the floor was sloped towards the bed. Not reassuring. Went to make a sandwich for breakfast and apparently the fridge was frozen over with a huge chunk of ice. So let them know and also asked for another room with the amentities I had paid for. They got me moved into the third room. The AC in the 3rd room took forever to cool the room and was pretty loud. But at that point i only had one night left so I just dealt with it. The location was near the airport which is one of the reasons I chose it. I don't not recommend it but definitely check everything in your specific room before settling in.
