Luxurious lobby, spacious room, nearby restaurants and stores, beautifully designed public space(garden and the pool), and overall classic vibe. More than what I'd ask for for the price

Didn't like the staff when I was checking out. She was slow, misinformative and wasn't apologetic about it either. Had to correct her error myself when she was the staff responsible for it. There was a language barrier too.

Charming property with great location, but needs minor updates.The Ayres Hotel on Bristol is a unique, beautiful property with a lovely Old-World ambiance and a peaceful courtyard. The staff are extremely friendly, and the spacious rooms make it comfortable for families. However, the rooms are showing their age—particularly the old carpeting, which really needs to be replaced. Be prepared for a $24/day parking fee, and note that unlike some other locations, breakfast is not included in the standard room price. Also, late checkout is not offered complementary, be prepared to pay $30 for two extra hours of stay. It is a solid, safe place to stay, but there is room for improvement.
