good location. Front desk staff ok.

Breakfast was disappointed. Egg corner: staff not friendly, frying pan was , requested 4 egg, all burnt egg. bad communication at resto desk staff. additional person paid, but not showing in the system at front desk. All compared to Aston Bandung and Alana Hotel Malang - whiches by Aston

"Fine Staycation"

The location is strategic, close shopping center, malls, offices and campus. The bed is huge and comfortable. Staff is attentive and kind. One more thing I like is the water dispenser in every floor, guest can refill unlimited. Overall stay was nice.

During my stay the water heater did not working properly, problem was solved by the technician but the water is just lukewarm.

"Superb comfy bed."

I just stay there for transit. Overall the bed super comfy. Location wise didn’t explore much. But easy to get taxi or grab. Mall near by anyway.

I mistakenly choose smoking room. Maybe consider to put air purifier on the floor.
