The location is very strategic near Central Park Mall and Jakarta Aquarium. Super comfy room! My kids really love the swimming pool and their kind of fun activities every weekend. The indoor playground was great, delicious food. Pleasant stay here!

Everything was great. The staff was very friendly. We had an issue with the door being locked from the inside, but it was quickly fixed by the staff. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options for both Asian and international guests, and the quality was excellent

The only reason I rated it an 8 instead of a 10 is due to the lack of soundproofing, which is disappointing given the hotel's price and standard. The road outside was very busy all night, and thankfully, I had my own earplugs. I strongly recommend the hotel provide earplugs in the rooms, as it was nearly impossible to sleep without them

Nice service. Even I didn’t request but the housekeeper cleaned my room every day.
