"My experience on Aston Grogol"

Aston kartika grogol is such a nice hotel. I was really impressed with the room and also the service! And i really like the breakfast experience. The ambience was nice, the surrounding were pretty and the food was also nice!

"Definitely Not A Pleasant Hotel"

As soon as we walked into the room it reeked with cigarette smoke smell, although we specifically requested a non-smoking room during reservation. Even the hallway had a lingering smoking odor. Called the front desk asking for air freshener spray and was promised it would be sent by housekeeping that never showed up.

Room was spacious and clean. Near to restaurant. Easy to get taxi. Ciputra mall is nearby.
