"Bad attitude from front line employee"

-front line desk employee thair attitude was very bad and first time face it in indonesia,for me i wil not recommend any one to stay in this hotel . - clean of the room was baaad ,and it havent hot shower , really its disappointing . At the end i will not recommend this hotel ,there is alot of better options with professional staff and value for money .
