So far so good when i arrive the bellboy quite helpful, then the room so clean, breakfast so comfort and the food much far enough good to taste

The atmosphere is nice, i really like the food at breakfast. The room is also nice, i like the view. And the staff was also so nice and kind

No way I'm staying in this hotel again! Worst experience of staycation. Bad and confusing signage. Confusing parking lot. Worst of all I got pranked by the front office lady. I arrived at the hotel lobby at 1 PM and I could understand when she told me that check in process cant be started yet. Fully understandable. But when I asked whether can go to the gym first, she answered yes, she mentioned the gym is on the 2nd fl. I go all the way up (quite a distance), only to find the gym front desk asking my room number! How on earth can I have that when the check in not started yet. Not recommended at all, avoid at all cost. PS : exclusion is for the security man, very helpful and friendly.

We recently hosted an event for a group of over 120 people, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. A huge shoutout to the amazing team — Ibu Herti for handling our full-board booking, and Ibu Jessi and Ibu Kia for ensuring a smooth group check-in process. The venue was perfect for our needs, with meeting facilities and F&B service thoughtfully arranged to match our requests. The Aston team even followed up on special meal requests, which we truly appreciated. During the event, the banquet team was always on standby, ensuring everything ran seamlessly. Combined with its strategic location, this venue is truly a great choice for hosting events.

A fairly central location, but no malls are close by. Good location if you ar at an event at the convention centre that is part of the hotel. Rooms are OK, good size and bed is good. One amazing thing about this hotel, and I take may hat off to them for this, they have removed plastic water bottles from the rooms, they have installed water dispensers ion the corridors and a glass jug is provided in the room. What a great green initiative, let's save the world together. The restaurant, 'Asoka' on the top of the hotel is very poor, for breakfast, dining in and for room service. Breakfast is mediocre at best. I have lunch there, a Mie Goreng, it was poor, possibly one of the worst I have tasted. As a local dish, I expect far more. I had room service dinner, I ordered a pizza. It arrived and was seemingly cooked on top, but the base was doghy and not cooked at all, almost cold. It was so horrible, I sent it back. A new one arrived and was very very cooked on top, yet again, the base was not cooked, very doghy and tasted of uncooked flour. Revolting.

This the first time I visited this hotel.. To avoid the crowded I used a taxi instead..... In fact location, meeting room, sound system, meals and ambience all are ok .... Please keep the good work

Since I was traveling alone, I felt very helped here with whatever I needed. Without have to wait long, the staff responded quickly to all my questions and also they were friendly.
