Clean and good glamping experience

We have 4 people, the other 2 lower bed not so comfortable

Service was great, the staff were delightful. The room was exceptionally clean. The activities provided were fun packed, and the staff at treasure bay made the activities enjoyable, we learnt quite a bit about mangroves during kayaking.

There were bed bugs , my son was badly bitten all over. The safe ran out battery, we couldn’t use it. The 2 beds on the floor was rather uncomfortable. Food at breakfast can be improved, but that’s just personal opinion. And hair conditioner would have been great if provided.

The outdoor experience

There are no mini Mart within the facilities to get last minute items

Everything about the Anmon resort was great. Comfy mattress, helpful staff. They certainly know how to make guests feel comfortable. Access to Treasure Bay is within walking distance or a buggy ride away, depending on your preference.

Extremely helpful and lovely staff. Thank you so much for making our stay perfect. Arranging activities through the hotel staff was really easy, special thanks to Jean. The location is a bit remote, but they arranged the shuttle service and getting there was very easy. The tents were beautiful, and they served one of the best breakfasts we have ever had. But the true magic came from the staff.

One small downside is that since you are staying in a tent, you can sometimes hear your neighbors at night if they are speaking loudly. However, our neighbors were very understanding and quieted down when we politely asked them to.
