The staff are always attentive, cooperative non-robotic every time we stay. Sadly covid19 has restricted dates or closed their ‘better’ restaurants & CLUB LEVEL SERVICES.

"Great location/mediocre rooms"

Great location and the customer service was perfect. Enjoyed the restaurant and pool area. Unfortunately the room was just mediocre and we had to move rooms because the AC wasn’t working. In the new room it wasn’t great either but it was better. The fixtures in the rooms are older and a bit worn. The Television didn’t work. For $200+ per night it was disappointing.

Tough during COVID, but for the things the hotel could control they did an outstanding job. Customer service was the best I’ve seen. Staff really went out of their way. We were there during the period where alcohol could only be served in your room, but it wasn’t a problem. So much to do, or do little depending on your mood. It’s expensive, but definitelty worth it.

Excellent choice as there’s so many water activities to choose from.. the beach front was nice as well and they have a diving spot too. Sunset views were amazing from the club lounge and club rooms. Would like to be back next time again..

The hotel staff was very helpful and the service was excellent. We enjoyed using the beach and garden pool which was heated. We mainly ate at the club lounge and room service. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.
