We really amazed and fascinated by the hotel architectural design, the staff are so accommodating and friendly. The service and food is excellent. The only thing we don’t much satisfied is the beach which is far from the hotel.. and the time use of beach and pool was limited. We understand due to covid but atleast the pool is till 8pm is much better. But sure to choose again ANA on our next vacation. Thank you.

Our stay was excellent. We took the club continental room and it had its own extra perks. Being vegetarian the chef Kohama Moroni san was so accommodating. Everyday he prepared one extra vegetarian menu for breakfast and evening tapas and also for in room dining they gave us lot of vegetarian variety making it fresh and right from scratch. Our check in was done smoothly by Lily Liao san and she was so helpful in getting our diet tart detains and letting chef and us know to and fro. We were just pampered by them and the hotel.

We have come back to this hotel time and time again due to the excellent club lounge. The service is second to none and the club lounge itself is stunning. The sunset views are incredible. I wish the pool and the rooms where modernised BUT the rest of the facilities, including the beach, make up for it.
