Holiday Inn Express Chester Racecourse access via road will be restricted during 22nd April-10th May, the car park is only accessible via Sealand Road, CH1 4NT, Tesco should be on your right-hand side, continue down, and we are located on the right-hand side just after bridge. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Great location - disapppointing experience."

Great location

Selected double bed option but sadly given 2 single beds, reception staff stated room type not guaranteed under T&C’s. This ruined our romantic weekend away and if we had know we would have chosen a different hotel. We have never experienced this problem before. Highly disappointing and frustrating. £182 a night, £10 parking and single beds scenario overall poor.

The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent - had everything you could want. Location really handy for the town centre. Had to pay £10 per night parking, but did not mind as it was a secure car park and the price of the hotel was extremely reasonable so the extra was neither here nor there. Would recommend.
