"バブル崩壊後の負の遺産"

フロント対応は良かったです。

部屋のバルコニーが汚いところが高級ホテルとは程遠いかな。従業員が少ないのかな、朝食会場も片付けが遅く食べ終わったテーブルもいつまで経っても片付けず、客を待たせる始末、建物もバブル遺産だね。

部屋が広く眺めがよかった。

今回クラブインターコンチネンタルに宿泊しました。 エントランスからフロントまでの距離が長いこと、クラブラウンジを利用時にハーフブッフェ？の利用方法など細かい説明がなかった。 どこかに書いてあったのかもしれないが、3名での利用だと17000円の追加料金が発生したこと。支払いの時に初めて知った。初めから追加料金込みの値段を表示して欲しかった。（ANA HotelのHPには記載されていたが）
