We had the pleasure of being served by Jhessie and Alex during dinner at the Radisson Blu Bremen, and they truly made our evenings special. Both were incredibly kind, attentive, and professional — always making us feel welcomed and well cared for. Their warm smiles, thoughtful service, and friendly approach added a personal touch that we won’t forget. Great location and clean, comfortable rooms It was disappointing that the car parking was so expensive. The car parking spaces were extremely tight, the garage a challenge to get in and out of. Having stayed in many city centre hotels in Europe, it was by far the most expensive we have ever encountered at €30 per night.

Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich hervorragend – vom Flughafen gelangt man mit der Linie 6 direkt zur Station Domsheide, nur wenige Schritte vom Hotel entfernt. Auch das Stadtzentrum ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Pluspunkte gibt es für die Wasserspender auf jeder Etage sowie das gute Frühstück. Weniger zufrieden waren wir mit dem Zimmerservice: Bei Ankunft war das Duschgel fast leer und wurde trotz mehrmaliger Hinweise erst am dritten Tag aufgefüllt. Kaffeekapseln fehlten, WC-Papier wurde nicht ersetzt, benutzte Gläser und Tassen blieben stehen. Mehrere Beschwerden an der Rezeption waren nötig. Positiv hervorzuheben ist einzig die leitende Hausdame, die sich ehrlich für die Mängel entschuldigte und bemüht war, Abhilfe zu schaffen. Insgesamt stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für uns nicht – wir würden beim nächsten Mal ein anderes Hotel wählen.
