Radisson Blu Hotel, Bremen

This was a horrible visit. We stayed at Radisson before with great success This time I booked a room with two single beds. I called the hotel directly as well, and they ensured me, that they would have a 2 single bed room ready for me. Upon arrival, the hotel did NOT have such a room, and we would have to make do with a bed and a fold out couch. Absolutely not comfortable at all. No discount worry from staff side. Getting 2 drinks at the bar as an excuse. Turns out the TV in the room didn’t work. They didn’t do anything about it, so it wasn’t functioning all weekend. No offer of discount or upgrade to other room. Garbage can in room had nicotine packets in it. I absolutely did NOT get what I booked and paid for! Paying premium price to stay at Radisson I would expect a well renowned hotel brand to be more customer friendly and provide better solutions to problems. After this experience I would actually expect to be offered a voucher for a free stay. On top, no I didn’t get the free bottle of wine due to level status either. All in all I’m extremely disappointed.

The rooms feel a little dated. Unfortunately there was a lot of building work going on and the noise was unbearable. Common areas are fine, standard Radisson quality. Breakfast also fine. Thankfully the staff are excellent.

Hotel was okay but over priced. Rooms was old and not so nice that looked in the pictures.

Wonderful location. We spent a night at a friend's birthday and it was the perfect stay for a weekend

sehr zentral, alles sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar, Parkhaus etwas eng aber mit Rücksicht auf andere gut parkbar

Fint hotel med fremragende beliggenhed Dyr parkering Meget tilfredstillende rengøring Enkeltdyner ville være foretrukket

The toilet and bedside table were dirty- There was only one pillow each which were lumpy. Not breakfast was just ok. The standard of Radisson Blu was not as expected.

Alles prima, der permanente Lavendel Duft vielleicht ein wenig zu viel und die Tiefgarage ziemlich eng. Personal aber mega nett und aufmerksam 👍 da gibt man gerne das Trinkgeld 😉
