Radisson Blu Hotel, Bremen

Information ved check-in var mangelfuld, menuen på tv, hvor info om hotellet kunne findes virkede ikke ved ankomst. Ingen hjælp selvom vi efterspurgte dette. Internet var langsomt og ustabilt, lasede håndklæder, ingen vejledning til nespresso-maskinen. Lænestol på værelset var i stykker.

Heat wasn’t working in our room, front desk was not really trying to accommodate us. All they offer is a downgraded room. Cleaning service was not good either, had to ask daily to have the room clean.

It's an OK, middle of the road kind of hotel. Rooms are spacious, clean and tidy, however you can hear everything in the hallway. They only supply 1 pillow per person and the room doesn't have a fridge/mini bar. Communal areas are very nice. The bar doesn't serve AF beer which was a let down. Average.

The best hotel for service, location and breakfast.

Room was very clean but too hot. I asked the desk to cool the room but unsuccessful. Room thermostat was at the minimum and the cooling fans were on maximum but the room would not cool down.
