"Large gap in door"

The room was clean and staff was pleasant.

The room was in need of major repair the front door had a 3/4 " gap around it where the wind blew in all night. There is no heater or air conditioner in the front room making it almost impossible to sit in. This was winter so between the gap around the door and no heat it was uncomfortable. The ceiling fan blades need replacement. Again the staff was pleasant when we checked in and out.

The room was dingy and the shower didn't work. The view is marginal at best but that is not the fault of the Sands
