Mercure Chantilly Resort & Conventions

Really lovely, sprawling hotel set in a lush green landscape and golf course. Lots of parking, fantastically clean and modern inside with lots of family activities during the day. Reception and staff really lovely and approachable. We used the Restaurant and outside / poolside Bar due to the extraordinarily warm weather in May. There was a small Bar menu with snack food / Charcuterie. The Restaurant menu changes daily which was really welcome. Rooms are a good size, and really well appointed. Everything worked and beds were very comfy. The cool AC was very welcome during our stay. We didn’t use the indoor pool or fitness areas but both looked very pleasant.

We knew the property was quite isolated but this meant we were very reliable on food options at the hotel unless we were willing to travel by car (the road to/from the hotel has no pavements so would not recommend walking!). On both evenings were told the restaurant was close to full or full - on neither occasion was the restaurant at capacity - far far from it! It is worth pre-booking ahead of your visit. The Pool is lovely but very small although there were ample sunloungers. The outside bar area during the day is far too small for the amount of guests during a warm weekend. It ended up becoming shambolic with chairs and tables all over the place, people ‘reserving’ seating even though they were in the pool etc. there needs to be more distinction between these areas. Overall the Hotel building and site are looking really run down. The stagnant, evaporated pond, the abandoned garden and beehives and the general grubbiness of the building was surprising given how nice the hotel is inside.

Hôtel pour un séjour de 2 jours pour aller au parc d'attraction de la mer de sable. Très bien situé. Le cadre et l'environnement sont très jolis. Le restaurant pour dîner est bon et le petit-déjeuner est varié et complet, et avec des produits locaux. Le personnel est accueillant. La piscine intérieure et celle à l'extérieur sont bien. Il y a plusieurs activités pour les enfants dans la salle de jeux et dehors, c'est appréciable.

On va + vite à prendre les escaliers pour monter et descendre que d'attendre les ascenseurs. Il faisait très chaud dans la piscine intérieure.

Le cadre est super beau a décoration aussi Les 2 piscines sont super mais celle d'extérieur si il fait chaud éviter la car trop de bruits

La souris qui est passer devant mes pied au mégot déjeuner Et les joint noir dans la douche et pas beaucoup d'équipement ny de crème ou savon pour un 4 étoiles
