Literie très confortable Produits de salle de bain très agréables Au calme en bordure de forêt et sur le golf Petit dej sympa mais beaucoup de monde.

Les rideaux occultants pas performants du tout: trop de lumière dans la chambre Un peu trop de monde donc hôtel très impersonnel

"Séjour au Mercure Chantilly"

L'accueil, le check in rapide, la propreté, j'ai demandé une douche on me l'a accordé, la réactivité du personnel

La literie moyenne et un grand lit demandé c'était finalement une twin avec lits rapprochés 1 ascenseur en panne, le 2ème avec des problèmes de fonctionnement

Location and environnement.

Breakfast was caotic, too many people and less staff. We could not have œufs pouche as offerzd from the kitchen, at 9:30 no more crepe (end of breakfast is at 10am), no mugs available neither, no more bread option….

Chambre propre. Personnel accueillant, et professionnel. Cadre très agréable. Une bien belle adresse. Je n ai malheureusement pas réussi à profiter de toutes les installations par manque de temps. Mais je pense revenir sans impératifs autre que la détente. Mes félicitations au personnel.

Je n ai pas trouvé les chaussons et le peignoir. Mais rien de grave, je n ai pas cherché outre mesure.

- La piscine extérieure qui est très agréable en fin de journée - Confort de la chambre - La propreté, chambre nickel - Intérieur de l'hotel très joli (un peu moins vu de l'extérieur...)

- Le cordon du sèche cheveux assez court, apparemment le testeur faisait 1m20
