La Quinta by Wyndham Kingsport Tri Cities Airport

The location is central to the Tri-Cities area, near the airport and walking distance to Cracker Barrel and Wendy’s.

The sheets and pillows had an unclean odor resembling men’s cologne. We asked for clean sheets to change ourselves and was turned down. The staff was indifferent about that and when my wife went to retrieve the one of the two shabby luggage carts they were both in use. She asked the staff and they just said to wait, not even a thought to offer help whatsoever. We needed to stay in the area an additional night and moved to another hotel and it wasn’t a consideration to stay at this hotel one more minute.

The waffles were delicious. The bed was clean and comfortable.

The front desk was surly. There was a problem with our TV. No reception. After about 2 hours of fiddling with it it was decided to have us move rooms. My caregiver told them that at 11:30 at night that was a hard no. She already had me in bed. The manager would not speak to her that night. The next morning he refused to talk with her again. I cannot recommend this hotel. There is a quality inn just past LA Quinta. Save your stress levels and drive to another facility ì

Definitely in need of a complete makeover. Dirty, moldy and smelly. La Quinta quality control needs to come down hard on this hotel...or kick it out of the chain and disenfranchise it.

Front desk staff was excellent. They made me feel very accommodating. Breakfast was excellent enjoyed the pool very much.

Had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the overall service was very good.

I like the beds and restroom so quite and a good breakfast and service.

i think so you guys can improve they rooom better beds and pillows the smelling as well.

We weren’t expecting much coming into the hotel, however my family and I were deeply disappointed with the poor condition the hotel was in. The room was unclean, we found hair strands all around the bathroom and even on the bed. There was no drinking water available across the hotel, the breakfast was mediocre and the drink that was labeled apple juice dispensed water with brown bits in it. However the beds were comfy and the ac worked well. Overall very disappointing and would not recommend.
