"Not clean, smelled very bad"

Front desk staff was friendly
First floor smelled very bad, especially in the side entrance walking in from back of building and halls. Burn marks in the blankets, as well as a golden yellow stain on the sheet. The shower barely drained.

The desk attendant made it awesome 👌 👏 she was friendly, efficient, with a sense of humor 😄 took pics of us for me everyday. Everything was clean, it was quiet with a safe feeling

Staff, location, area. I like that pets stay free. I like the pricing here for the value. The rooms, even the ones that arent as nice, are better than majority of red roofs i've stayed at. Pretty good rating for a red roof, too.
Been coming here off and on for 3 months. Entire time, they STILL give out lids too small for their disposable coffee cups. Why? they're unusable. It's ridiuclous. Rooms dedicated for pet owners are much less clean than the ones they keep for people without pets. Makes sense to a degree. But my pet isn't a mess maker and I dislike being sidelined in the worst rooms.

Close to kings Island ( 10 minutes without traffic). Beds were firm comfortable for me not the wife 😅. Outdoor pool available but we didnt use. Friendly staff and rooms were relatively quiet.
No breakfast, there are vending machines

Parking lane pitch black, area around outside hotel is kinda deserted and seems run down. Check in man was kinda surly - not a happy person, and not even professionally polite- just seemed bored, not a friendly welcome. Lobby sparse. Overall damp feeling because they have old air conditioning and don’t set it to be cool, just a bit less hot than outside Good ice machine.
