De locatie was wat achteraf op een donker stuk. De ligging ten opzichte van winkels, restaurants en ons reisdoel, Kings Island was uitstekend. Zo’n 10 minuten rijden.

Er waren maar 2 wasmachines en wasdrogers. Op zo’n groot hotel is dat vrij weinig, zeker als mensen hun was er uren in laten zitten. Het had ook allemaal wel wat schoner gekund.

Dried blood on my pillow I requested really check-in at 3 when I arrived. I was told my room was not ready. And when the desk clerk, who was present spoke to I presumed the manager on duty, the manager was very indignant, as if I was asking for something that was impossible,

It was close to the interstate.

The facilities were run down, smelly, lots of shady people every time we went out, limited morning coffee. We had asked for a rollaway bed and extra towels and the staff never addressed the request. A dirty bucket of mop water sat outside our room all weekend. The doors were not secure - people off the street could walk in without a key.

We got to our room. Key didn't work. He worked in it. Didn't work. Had to move ALL if our belongings to a another room. Was not fun.
