"New owners aren't as good as previous 9"

TV didn't work, maintenance knew about it. Had to change rooms for 2nd nite. Fridge was frozen along with freezer. Cleaning folks had to have seen it. Carpet floors were dirty, nobody ever cleans behind the nite stand. corners in bathroom were dirty. Place needs a deep cleaning. Wasn't like this when Patels owned it. Breakfast was minimal.

rooms are big and bed was comfortabe... breakfast has many options.. hotel maintaining good standards. cleaning ,staff , services everything is too good...

My expeience at howard johnson hotel is better than what i expected . The check in process was smooth , frontdesk staff members were professional and friendly.

The rooms was clean with enough space for luggage and moving around comfortably. I also appreciate the parking availability and easy access to near by places.
