Super clean, great location close to everything . Very nice guy in the counter will making sure you have a wonderful stay .

The staff were friendly. The breakfast had hot and cold options. I was really worn out when I got there and just wanted to rest. I was able to rest well without being disturbed at all.

The television company they have did not have many options.

Old facility . Bathroom needs total redo. Floor was sticky n needed a better clean. Carpet in room could use shampooing

It needs meat and not just waffles.

Wife booked a handicapped room. Staff asked husband if he wanted a handicapped room. He said no. 70 year old wife needed it. Initially staff refused to give us more than 2 towels. 71 year old husband was told to come back in the morning for another towel. I felt we were treated like immature children. Handicapped wife needs at least 2 towels and 2 washcloths to bathe at all. No shower chair and handicapped wife had to climb over tub to get in it. Wife does not want staff to question handicapped room booking again.

Love the amenities that they had and how close to everything we were.

The windows was open when we walked in, the moulding in the bathroom is coming apart showing exposed nails, the bed is caving into the center, and the coffee machine in the room is set too high. For a short girl like me, it was hard to pour water into it and reach a little Kuerig set in the back on top of 2 appliances. The staff was friendly enough but had to wait on someone for check out who didnt even ask how the stay was.

There wasn't much for breakfast, small muffins and cereals mostly. We asked for a room that hadn't had pets in it because my husband is very allergic to dander. The woman said she had a room no pets had ever been in. But our room smelled like wet dog, which burned my throat a bit. Thankfully, our room window could open for fresh air. We left and came back several hours later so the room could air out and we bought air freshener. The bathtub was peeling, and it looked like a large rectanglear piece on the bottom of the tub had been replaced. But the inside of the tub was actually peeling. The lock to a door to one of the entrances was not working, so the door was kept unlocked all night, so terrible security. All the staff were nice, and the rooms seemed clean otherwise.
