Budget Inn - Ft Myers

I booked this for 6 adults. It literally only slept 5. They did not have a cot or anything. One of us had to sleep on the floor. They did provide extra bedding. But not what we asked for.

The building is old but my room had been remodeled. I felt safe and the employees were very nice

Loved the Neutrogena products. Very quiet at night. Owners were very nice, friendly and helpful. Second time we have stayed there and will come back next year.

This place is a dump. old & very worn furniture. Small room. Everything OLD.

There were 3 bugs that I saw including 1 very large.

The woman who was at the fest at checkout could have been more friendly. Had to talk through a window even though it was a little after 1 PM. The room was small. The bed very comfortable. No closet to hang up clothes. No iron or ironing board. TV was awesome! DirecTV without access to all channels. No pool. Coffee maker and refrigerator worked perfectly. Musty smell. Tile floors that seemed sticky when I was walking barefoot. A/C worked well, but noisy. Very well lit parking lot. No alarm clock or USB ports. No desk or table to eat at. Awesome shower and plenty of towels and wash cloths. Complimentary Nuetrogena products. No dresser to put clothes in. No luggage rack. No headboard on bed.

Water pressure is terrible. At times there was no water at all. The property is located along a fairly busy street so there is abundant street noise. On the plus side the room was clean and the AC worked fine.
