"the manager hates American people - he cusses you out - in his language"

stay as far away as you can , this manager was yelling at me in a different language - I kept asking him to calm down and stop yelling , finally I said - your mother must be proud of you the way you are acting , his response - F your mother - yeah you read that right - F my mother - he obviously hates Americans , but wants our money - stay as far away as you can - go to the next county if you have too - this place is absolute trash

"Disappointing Stay: Poor Service and Basic Amenities Missing"

I had a very frustrating experience at Days Inn. The biggest issue was that the hotel completely ran out of towels, there were no clean towels available at all. That’s a basic necessity, and it’s unacceptable for any hotel, regardless of price point. The room itself was just okay, but noticeably not very clean. It didn’t feel well-maintained, which made the stay uncomfortable. Another inconvenience was the lack of an elevator, which made moving luggage much more difficult than it should have been. What really made the experience worse, though, was the customer service. When my flight changed and I asked for a slightly later checkout, even just 30 minutes, the staff refused without any flexibility. One staff member in particular was especially unhelpful and had a very poor attitude, which made the situation even more frustrating. Overall, this stay fell short on both basic amenities and customer care. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to others.

The hotel was clean and everyone seemed nice. There was no elevator to use which made it difficult. The pool was down for maintenance which is the original reason booking g the hotel so we could relax around the pool and let the kids have fun for the day. Never opened that day.

There was no elevator to use which made it hard. The pool was down for maintenance from time off checkin to check out. This was the original reason I booked this hotel was because they offered a pool. Which was going to allow us to have a day off relaxation with the kids.
