staff was great, bed was soft and clean but everything else was not good the hotel needs to be updated it gave crack head hotel vibes the guests look like they are on drugs and the long hallways look scary

"This was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever been to. You couldn’t pay me to go back."

Nothing it was disgusting

The room was dirty. The sheets were dirty and had dried up blood on them. The staff refused to change them. The room was extremely dirty. Floors sticky. Hallways smell terrible.

Nothing the staff were rude. They had 2 different stories about deposits

We received email that a $50 cash deposit then we arrived and they accused us of lying saying it's a $100 card only deposit.

"It wasn’t what we expected, especially not able to have visitors."

It was ok! Need to completely renovated entirely.

The first room we were assigned to, the next morning we woke up to roaches,went to front desk, they moved us to another room and the last day of our stay woke up to another roach in the tub! I will not be staying here again.

Location was great.... had a bed to sleep ...it was quiet atleast

First, I asked for batteries for the remote the receptionist told me to come get it. I couldn't because the room was a 5 to 8 minute walk which is crazy. Someone brought 2 batteries that also did not work. I was to tired to ask for a change so everytime I wanted to change the channel I had to walk to the TV. Not fun after a long drive I wanted to relax. The breakfast was a whole topic the muffins were tiny and the pancakes were the size of the palm of my hand.
