Comfort Inn Cleveland Airport

No operable pool as indicated, TV was not operable, WIFI Was not working in room and was very hot throughout the hotel besides the room. The entire hotel was was under construction and not indicated during booking.

This hotel was not good. Every time we were in the lobby there were guests with big issues, one even had their room reservation cancelled on them at like 11pm because their room was apparently just not cleaned for them to stay in. The front desk staff don’t handle any issues, instead they call some guy on speaker phone and he talks to the guest directly. We didn’t have a remote for our tv and were told someone would bring one up but that never happened. Also, I’m not convinced the phones in the rooms actually work to call down to the front desk. Our towels had stains, our shower curtain looked like it had never been washed and the toilet seemed to be falling apart. 100% will never step foot in this hotel again

Paper peeling off the wall in the bathroom, coffee burnt at breakfast, tried calling number given to me for airport pick up, just rang and rang and rang. Had to find alternative means to hotel.

This property was not up to comfort inn standards. Stayed two nights and had an issue with the room. Management would not accommodate us in taking care of the situation. Blew off a good paying customer. No compensation given for the inconvenience. Needs alot of updates. Don't waste your time booking this hotel. More interested in filling the rooms up then taking care of the paying customers. Very very disappointed in how they went about trying to solve the problem. I will never book with this hotel again.

Bathroom when you came into lobby something I never seen before. Had walk back out the smell. We called the desk no one answers. We needed a shuttle to the airport and no driver to take us. We had to call Uber. The reason we got the reservation because had to be at the airport 3am. I will never stay at a Comport Inn again

Dirtiest hotel I’ve ever been in

It was okay.

The room was nice but the housekeeper hadn’t done a great job. She left a wash cloth from another guest hanging on the shower curtain rod. I will admit it could have been hard to see, but it was there. Also, and I know this is something most people wouldn’t even consider, but the flags are hung incorrectly. The state flag is hanging on the tallest pole and the US flag is flying below that, which is improper. I was going to bring this to the attention of the morning clerk, but no one was at the counter.

Poor service. No one there to check in or out. Breakfast was not good. Took over 6 hours to take care of issue in room. Key card kept losing code for the room. Came late at night to "fix" problem.

First room was not clean & sheets were disgusting. Second room was a little better floor dirty, bathtub had hair in it obviously not clean
