Ramada by Wyndham Columbus North

I liked the hardwood floors and that they didn’t have carpet. I hate carpet and worried about what’s in the carpet. So that was one good thing.

The bathroom was rough. Needed cleaned again and updated. Looked like they just patched it up. The price was ridiculous for what it was and how it was. Also when I got there I was told I had to pay $50 deposit in cash. I said that’s why you have a card on file. My biggest issue was the room next to us blasted their tv all night long (I wish I was exaggerating) I spoke to the staff the next morning and just asked that if they weren’t checking out or wouldn’t speak to them, if we could change rooms. He said the gentleman is a long time staying client and that he would speak to him about turning the tv down that next night. Well he did not. By 10pm I said something again and even offered to pack my stuff up to move to another room (at this point, I just wanted sleep). Nothing was done or said. You could hear the tv in our room and in the hallway. We were right near the front hallway, close to the front desk. Breakfast was supposed to be at 6 but we went out at 6:15 and it wasn’t out yet, not a big deal for us. We just left and ran over to McDonald. But for the amount of money we paid we were told free breakfast. It was just disappointing and upsetting.

Beds were comfortable

Dirty, run down, smelled. Canceled our reservation without even checking with us. Power was out the entire second night.

There was no where to park when arriving. Outside the entrance as well as inside the lobby was filled with people just hanging out. The room was ok, the tub wouldnt turn all the way off and the door looked like someone tore it apart. When we returned back from our event that evening there where buckets in the lobby where water was just leaking from the ceiling. My husband and I decided to not even stay.

There was plenty of parking, close to interstate and events, beds were comfortable, room was decent size.

Staff was not overly friendly and spoke broken English which was a little hard to understand at times,the power went out in my section of the hotel from 6pm to 130am, I went to asked to be move to another section of hotel and they said it wasnt possible, I said so I’m just supposed to sit there in the dark and they told me sorry for inconvenience.
