The room.itself was comfortable

The electric was out for a period of time when we got back to the hotel, so no charging phones, no light, to tv....it was not convenient but we were goin to bed so not a huge deal except we couldnt charge anything! There was also a huge water leak coming from somewhere bc there was a lot of water leaking from the ceiling in the hallway! Also asked for another towel & never got it & there was no ice to fill my cup :/

Weird stains, loud HVAC unit, shower curtain rod falling out of the wall, fractured tile, weird stains on walls behind bed. Was there <10 hours. . . . Wouldn’t stay again.

Location was fine. Hotel a front desk desk staff did what she could.

Had to change rooms 3 times due to non working TV. The last room had a semi working TV, not many channels, but I couldn't make coffee in the room because there was no carafe with the coffee maker. If I hadn't been locked in because of how I booked the room we would have left

"The rooms need cleaned, mopped and swept, the front desk was rude when asked why no remote in room."

It was close to Otterbein University and the highway

When we walked into the room it smelled like stinky feet and there was a huge roach on the pillow. I captured the roach and took to the front desk which scared the girl. She stated that the exterminator had just been there that morning. She gave us a room that smelled a lot better with no bugs. However there were dogs barking at night and in the am and wafts of Marijuana started at Midnight. Also the breakfast was Meh!
